About the role
As our new Finance Assistant, you will support the Finance team in Eindhoven and take ownership of the day-to-day accounts payable activities. You enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment and like being the go-to person for colleagues with finance-related questions.
With a strong eye for detail and a hands-on mindset, you help ensure our financial processes run smoothly and are continuously improved.
Responsibilities
• Process purchase invoices and coordinate approvals with relevant budget holders
• Manage day-to-day accounts payable activities, including AP inbox management and handling colleague requests
• Process and reconcile company credit card transactions
• Process employee expense claims
• Maintain and process financial records in our accounting system
• Reconcile bank transactions with accounting records
Requirements:
• Experience working with an accounting system (preferably Twinfield)
• Experience supporting or participating in a finance or accounting system migration is a plus, not a requirement
• High level of verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing situations
• Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable
• Strong planning and time-management skills
• Available for 40 hours per week
