Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance and Operations Coordinator to join our dedicated administrative team. This pivotal role ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of our pediatric practice by managing financial workflows, overseeing purchasing and inventory, and supporting accurate and timely reporting.
In addition to routine financial responsibilities, this position plays an active role in identifying and implementing more efficient, time-saving processes across our accounting and operational systems. The Finance and Operations Coordinator will work closely with the President and Executive Director of Business Operations, contributing valuable insights to help improve performance and streamline our internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for practice leadership
Manage purchasing of office and clinical supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely procurement
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of therapy materials and equipment
Collaborate with therapists and administrative staff to anticipate operational needs
Assist with budget development and expense tracking
Support compliance with relevant financial and privacy regulations
Qualifications:
Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance (preferably in a healthcare or therapy setting)
Strong skills in financial software (Excel, or similar)
Advanced skills and knowledge in QuickBooks (QBO)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
