Netenders is a global e-commerce player (B2B/B2C) based in Barcelona, with a physical presence in 12 countries and commercial operations in 23 countries (including 40% of revenue generated in North America).
After a phase of strong growth followed by a strategic refocus, the company is now financially healthy, with restored margins and a clear objective: consolidate profitability, strengthen internal processes, and prepare the next stage of growth.
As Finance and Administration Manager, you will be a key operational partner to the Founder and the COO.
You will take ownership of the Finance, Accounting, HR administration, and Legal coordination for the group, ensuring structure, reliability, and performance.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who has strong financial fundamentals and is ready to step into a broader scope with real responsibility.
Your main responsibilities
1. Finance & Controlling
Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
Build and monitor business plans and financial models (Excel-heavy role)
Track profitability, margins, and key KPIs
Oversee multi-currency cash management (EUR / USD / CAD)
Support decision-making with clear, reliable financial analysis
Use tech and automation tools (including AI where relevant) to improve reporting efficiency
2. Accounting & External Partners
Coordinate and challenge a network of external accounting firms in several countries
Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal deadlines
Act as the main point of contact for auditors, banks, and external advisors
Participate in cost negotiations with suppliers and partners to protect margins
3. HR Administration & Legal Coordination
Work closely with HR and Legal partners to ensure compliance and risk control
Bring structure and clarity to internal processes
Contribute to improving organization and cross-team collaboration
Profile we are looking for
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, audit, consulting, or a similar role
Background in Audit (Big 4), Transaction Services, Consulting, or a scale-up is a plus
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
Comfortable with numbers, details, and ownership
Tech-curious and process-oriented
Pragmatic, reliable, and proactive
Languages: French / English / Spanish – fluent level required
