The Team
The Distribution Analytics team in the Finance organization is responsible for supplying data-driven insights that support the firm’s global distribution efforts. You will work closely with the Business Development team, the Distribution Analytics function, and the Data Engineering team to deliver high-impact analytics, build dashboards and ensure the integrity of our CRM/distribution data.
Your Role
In this position you will:
• Develop, deliver and maintain ad-hoc and periodic tactical and strategic analytics/reports to support Business Development and distribution channels.
• Use SQL (and other query tools) to extract, manipulate and analyze data.
• Collaborate with the CRM system to produce reports and monitor data quality (e.g., completeness, consistency, accuracy of sales/distribution records).
• Work with Data Engineering to recommend and implement improvements to data pipelines, ETL processes and dashboards.
• Create front-end visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI or MicroStrategy, translating business needs into clear visual insights.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations and communicate results
• Operate in a fast-paced global environment, helping to ensure our distribution data is fit for purpose and supports the sales organization effectively.
What You’ll Bring
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a quantitative discipline—e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL: ability to extract, analyze and transform data.
• Demonstrated ability to take raw data, find patterns/trends, and produce meaningful reports.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Preferred:
• Experience working with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) reporting and/or data model.
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, MicroStrategy or comparable BI tools.
• Experience in data quality / data governance / data stewardship frameworks.
• Prior exposure to distribution analytics, sales data, or financial services/asset management context.
