As a Finance Analyst, you will support the FP&A Lead in delivering high-quality financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the EMEA Components & Screens division. This role is designed to enhance forecast accuracy, improve reporting processes, and ensure continuity within our finance organisation. You’ll provide operational and analytical support across the full FP&A cycle, enabling senior finance leadership to focus on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly closing activities and prepare management performance reports (MPR)

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles

• Ensure timely submission of group reporting requirements

• Maintain and reconcile financial data across systems and tools

• Prepare variance analyses versus budget, forecast, and prior year

• Support cost analysis, productivity tracking, and margin analysis

• Contribute to Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) processes

• Improve financial models, templates, and reporting processes

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency

• Drive standardisation initiatives across the division

• Collaborate closely with the FP&A Lead and wider finance teams

• Interface with divisional management on financial topics

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration

• Experience in FP&A, controlling, audit, or related finance roles

• Experience in a large, complex, multinational business will be advantageous

• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial models

• Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools (SAP, Hyperion, Power BI preferred)

• Solid understanding of financial statements and performance metrics

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Fluent in English

• Fluency in Dutch or another European language (advantageous)
