• Check submission status, advances, payment requisitions, and travel requests in PowerApps
• Check and verify documents in SmartFix
• Post all invoices and tax invoices to SAP
• Follow up on INAP SIIM
• Assist with IDS payments/Swift payment
• Reconcile FEBAN (Bank Statements)
• Prepare monthly listings of sales tax invoices for Trading Goods (TG) and Customer Services (CS)
• Daily check price settings
• Handling transaction invoices for BSH Hausgeräte GmbH and Robert Bosch GmbH

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP
• Able to support and assist team members effectively
• Available to work five days per week
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy
• Fast learner and highly reliable
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF)
• Ability to handle data entry accurately
• Eager to learn and highly inquisitive
