Finance & Accounting Associate

As IBMC continues to scale, we are expanding our finance team to ensure operational excellence and high-quality service delivery for our growing global client portfolio.

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance & Accounting Associate. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our finance department, providing dedicated support in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and administrative management. You will work closely with our Senior Consultants to ensure timely compliance and service quality, directly contributing to client satisfaction and the overall scalability of IBMC.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Handle end-to-end routine finance and accounting tasks, including accurate bookkeeping and administrative workflows.
• Client Account Support: Assist in managing client account groups, ensuring all financial deliverables are accurate and submitted on time.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure strict adherence to internal standards and external reporting deadlines.
• Operational Efficiency: Support Senior Consultants by managing day-to-day financial workloads, preventing service delays, and maintaining high service quality.
• Strategic Support: Contribute to IBMC’s scalability by handling additional client requests and supporting future financial projects.
• Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records and ensure the accuracy of all financial data within our digital ecosystem.

Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Candidates from a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) background are highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Highly proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Accurate, or similar cloud-based platforms.
• Language: Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken (mandatory for international client interaction).
• Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, comfortable with high-volume data, and possesses a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Traits: A quick learner with a proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to new tools and digital processes.
