As the Filipino Cuisine Cook, you will be responsible for preparing traditional and contemporary Filipino dishes, ensuring each meal is crafted with care and attention to flavor and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Filipino dishes in accordance with the family’s preferences and dietary requirements.
• Plan menus and manage meal preparation to provide a varied and balanced diet.
• Ensure high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness at all times.
• Source fresh and quality ingredients, maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Adapt recipes and prepare meals for special occasions or guests as required.
• Work closely with household staff to ensure seamless service and satisfaction.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and recommend maintenance or replacement when necessary.

Requirements:
• Proven experience cooking authentic Filipino cuisine, preferably in private households or VIP settings.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Filipino recipes and cooking techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• High level of cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
• Flexibility to accommodate the family’s schedule and special requests.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a household team.
• Must be in UAE

Benefits:
Salary: AED 3,500 - AED 4,000 plus accommodation, and food provided.
