Job Responsibilities:
The Filing Assistant is responsible for converting Word and PDF files to HTML files.
Review project files to ensure they are within defined requirements, and customer guidelines.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE from any recognized University.
Skills Required: Dreamweaver, HTML & CSS, Notepad, Visual Studio Code.
Experience Requirements:
At most 2 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Development
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work with different file formats such as Word/ Excel and Internet applications in order to review reports and rendering of Word/HTML files for accuracy and compliance.
Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner to determine and resolve issues via email and phone.
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Excellent knowledge in HTML file editing using Adobe Dreamweaver CS5, CS5.5,
Notepad++, Visual Studio Code and other tools.
Excellent oral and written communication skills (English & Bangla).
Willingness to grow with the company.
Able to work under pressure.
Must have stable internet connection.
Should be self-driven, results-oriented and able to work to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills and attention to details.
The position is shift based work. There will be three shifts for 24 hours. This time there is vacancy only for night shift.
Candidates with work time and workplace flexibility will be preferred.
Employment Status: Full-time
Workplace: Work from home (Remote)
Salary: BDT 25,000 (monthly)
