Job Summary
As a Field Technician, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality IT services to our school clients. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and deploying devices both at client sites and within our workshop.
This is a client-facing role, requiring professionalism, clear communication, and a strong service-oriented mindset while ensuring all devices are fully functional and ready for use in K–12 educational environments.
Key Responsibilities
Travel to school and client locations to diagnose, repair, and service devices under warranty and non-warranty guidelines
Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, and part replacements both on-site and in-shop
Install, configure, and test devices to ensure they are ready for end-user use
Provide professional and courteous support while interacting with school staff and client representatives
Communicate effectively with clients regarding device status, issues, and resolutions
Maintain accurate service records, repair logs, and inventory tracking
Support large-scale device deployment projects for educational institutions
Assist with in-shop repair, staging, and preparation of devices as required
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who are professional, reliable, and detail-oriented, with strong technical and interpersonal skills.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older
Basic technical proficiency, including computer skills and data entry
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional demeanor when interacting with clients
Legal right to work in the U.S. and ability to pass a background check
High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in electronics or computer repair
CompTIA A+ Certification or similar technical certification

Training Path
You will receive hands-on training combining structured learning and practical assignments focused on diagnostics, repair, and deployment, preparing you for both field and in-shop responsibilities.
Work Schedule
Shift: 8-hour shift
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Additional: Overtime may be offered as needed
