Field Team Lead - Network Installations

Your Role

• Build and lead the installation team, organized into field crews, engineers, IT, and logistics.

• Oversee customer site deployments end-to-end, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to spec, and at high quality.

• Coordinate closely with the installation PM on customer communication, scheduling, and progress reporting.

• Supervise infrastructure engineers on provisioning, system configuration, and monitoring.

• Align procurement and logistics to guarantee smooth project execution.

• Mentor and train technicians, enforce safety and quality standards, and act as the escalation point for technical issues.

Your Profile

• 5+ years in hardware/network installations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, connectivity, camera systems).

• Hands-on troubleshooting and scripting skills (Linux/Bash or similar).

• Experienced in customer-facing delivery and project coordination.

• Fluent in English;

• Willing to travel regularly, with a valid driver’s license and ability to support hands-on work when needed.

Highly preferred to have a valid driver's license.

Expected to occasionally lift 30kg+
