Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Field Superintendent to join our team in the Denver Metro Area. This role will be responsible for overseeing subcontractor labor, coordinating field activities, supporting project execution, and ensuring high standards of quality and safety across multiple job sites.
Key Responsibilities
Manage subcontractor labor and communicate weekly progress through structured reporting
Conduct site orientations for subcontractors and ensure site activities align with project plans
Review and address daily field reports and mobilization efforts
Support the Senior Superintendent and Project Manager with schedule development and updates
Communicate equipment needs and ensure readiness of site resources
Conduct audits and promote a safety-first culture
Lead daily “Plan of the Day” meetings with subcontractors and internal teams
Perform quality control inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications
Draft and submit RFIs and other field-related documentation
Oversee site activities through project closeout, including punch list management and demobilization
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Proven experience in steel erection with a solid understanding of structural miscellaneous steel building codes and AISC standards
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret Architectural and structural ad erection drawings
Proficiency with construction software such as Tekla, Procore, BIM, or similar platforms
Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations; OSHA 30 certification preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
