• Install, maintain, and repair industrial X-ray inspection systems at customer sites
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades
• Provide on-site, remote, and phone-based technical support to customers
• Conduct customer training and system acceptance testing
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Complete service reports and technical documentation accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently
• Willingness to travel extensively (80%) within the U.S. and internationally as required by the role
What you should bring:
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or technical certification in Electrical/Electronics Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Automation, or a related field preferred
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or industrial/automated systems, preferably in x-ray or NDT field
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial equipment
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
• Basic knowledge of PLC-controlled systems (Siemens experience is a plus)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and general computer applications
• Hands-on, self-motivated problem solver with the ability to work independently in fast-paced field environments
• Customer-focused team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and well-organized with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 80%, primarily within the U.S. and occasionally internationally
• Fluent English required; Spanish language skills are a plus
