Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a hands-on and customer-focused Field Service Technician who will play a key role in the installation, deployment, and technical support of Trio Mobil’s industrial safety technologies. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical competence, and the ability to work independently in the field while representing Trio Mobil with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform hands-on installation of Trio Mobil products on customers’ material handling equipment—primarily forklifts—at customer sites.
• Conduct site surveys, pilot installations, and proof-of-concept (POC) deployments.
• Actively participate in field problem-solving related to product performance, installation quality, and customer acceptance.
• Visit customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing technical support.
• Own deployments; long-term site responsibility
• Coordinate shipment of products to customer sites through third-party logistics partners.
• Work closely with forklift dealers, external contractors, and customer technical teams to ensure seamless installation.
• Support rapid deployment and on-site intervention for urgent or critical issues.
• Document field activities, technical findings, and improvement feedback for internal teams.
