Responsibilities / Tasks

Entrare nel nostro team Service significa lavorare su macchinari e impianti ad alto contenuto tecnologico, operando direttamente presso clienti e contribuendo a garantire performance, affidabilità e continuità operativa.

Il ruolo offre un’elevata esposizione sul campo, contatto diretto con i clienti e la possibilità di sviluppare competenze tecniche approfondite in un contesto internazionale.

Responsabilità principali

• Eseguire attività di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva presso i siti dei clienti
• Diagnosticare e risolvere guasti tecnici in modo rapido ed efficace
• Garantire il corretto funzionamento delle macchine e supportare le attività di ripristino operativo
• Collaborare con il team di supporto tecnico interno per la risoluzione delle problematiche e il miglioramento continuo
• Redigere report tecnici dettagliati sugli interventi effettuati
• Garantire il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e delle procedure aziendali
• Mantenere una comunicazione proattiva con i clienti durante le attività on site
• Interfacciarsi regolarmente con colleghi della casa madre (Germania) per tematiche tecniche

Il ruolo prevede un’attività sul campo significativa (trasferte circa 200 giorni/anno)

Your Profile / Qualifications

Requisiti principali

• Diploma tecnico (indirizzo meccatronico o equivalente)
• Buona conoscenza di sistemi meccanici, elettronici e di automazione
• Capacità di leggere schemi elettrici, disegni tecnici e manuali
• Predisposizione al problem solving e al lavoro in team
• Disponibilità a trasferte frequenti sul territorio nazionale
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
• Patente di guida valida

Costituisce un plus

• Esperienza pregressa come Field Service Engineer o in ruoli analoghi
