Field Service Engineer

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team, supporting Liquid, Powder and Chemical technologies across multiple customer sites.

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Perform service activities for Dryers, Atomizers, Filling Lines, UHT systems, Pasteurizers, Valves and Pumps within Dairy, Beverage, Food and Chemical industry environments.
• Provide technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance as well as emergency service interventions when required.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service execution, professionalism and timely follow‑up.
• Prepare and maintain accurate service reports, time sheets and parts usage records for customer invoicing.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Division of MYO.
• Prior experience in Dairy, Beverage or Food production as a maintenance engineer is highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar technical or service engineering role within an industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proven abilities in Root Cause Analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Self‑motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently.
• Fluency in Turkish & English (written and verbal) is mandatory. Please note that only CVs submitted in English will be reviewed.
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to develop long-term partnerships with new and existing customers.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 90%), including weekends and short-notice trips.
• Valid driving license and passport.
• No military obligations.
