Taking our technical skills to customer sites, we’re responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Dell equipment at our customer sites. Customers see us as a trusted liaison who can understand their precise needs on a host of admin and technical matters.

What you’ll achieve
As a Field Service Engineer 2, in this high-visibility position, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Dell equipment at our customer sites. Utilize independent discretion and decision-making authority to assess and adjust technical solutions based on the specific client issue.
You will:
• Address escalated technical issues from less experienced team members
• Works autonomously in delivering resolutions to customer issues
• Be required to exercise diverse and independent judgment in determining the most appropriate course of action for the specific technical issue

• Advanced troubleshooting skills & techniques to address complex technical issues
• Perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, and system upgrades
