You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives

MISION DEL PUESTO:

Asegurar el cumplimiento excelente de los criterios/acuerdos comerciales definidos por la compañía para lograr una excelente ejecución en el Punto de Venta de nuestros clientes del Canal Retail, así como identificar, negociar e implementar oportunidades de negocio con la finalidad de maximizar las ventas y actividad promocional de Mondelez en España.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:

Embajador/a de la marca: vive y disfruta los valores de Mondelez España y conviértete en el representante que enamora en los puntos de venta.
Construir grandes relaciones basadas en la confianza y el beneficio mutuo: Desarrolla una conexión a través de interlocución directa con los encargados/jefes de sección para negociar espacios en lineales, cabeceras y promociones.
Visitar los Puntos de Venta de los clientes asignados con la frecuencia y dedicación acordada, con los objetivos de:
Verificar y/o actuar en los estados de los lineales (visibilidad, bloque de marca, mejor altura, etc.…) control de referencias, stock, etiquetas, precios, caducidades, etc.
Asegurar la distribución y la excelencia en la ejecución de lanzamientos de nuevos productos de la categoría. Mejorar la visibilidad de nuestras marcas y optimizar el surtido.
Uso de la información (comercial/mercado/consumidor de las categorías), así como el análisis de datos procedentes de nuestras herramientas digitales en las negociaciones con los encargados/jefes de sección para conseguir promociones y espacios en lineales, cabeceras, pasillos, etc...
Reporte de la actividad diaria, comunicar y resolver las incidencias detectadas en el Punto de Venta.
Gestionar el pedido sugerido, así como asegurar la reposición del producto y el montaje de promociones y cabeceras.

REQUERIMIENTOS INDISPENSABLES

Residencia en Zaragoza
Carné de Conducir.

Enseñanza académica mínima: Formación Profesional o equivalente.

Competencias necesarias:
Digital (Office, PPT, Excel, Apps, Bases de datos, etc.)
Análisis y Uso de Datos
Alta capacidad y adaptabilidad de comunicación al tipo de interlocutor.
Planificación y Organización.
Experiencia y/o habilidades comerciales
Negociación.
Autonomía y Dinamismo.
Orientación a la acción y a la consecución de objetivos.
Mejora continua y búsqueda de la excelencia en el punto de venta.
Resolución de Problemas.
