We are seeking a high-performing Field Recruiter – Greenfield TA to help stand up hiring operations in brand-new markets, owning full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments from day one.
This role is ideal for recruiters who thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and want to build—not inherit—recruiting strategy, pipelines, and partnerships in new markets.
The Greenfield TA team will consist of one Greenfield Recruiting Leader and Greenfield Recruiters, operating as a highly visible, fast-paced expansion pod supporting Renuity’s growth strategy.
This role reports directly to the Greenfield Recruiting Leader.
What You’ll Do
Greenfield Market Ownership
• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance for all roles required to launch new markets, including:
• In-home sales
• Call center
• Face-to-face / canvassing
• Installers and production roles
• Take full ownership of assigned Greenfield markets, acting as the primary TA partner from market kickoff through stabilization
• Partner closely with Operations and cross-functional leadership during pre-launch and launch phases to align on headcount plans, timelines, and role sequencing
Build From the Ground Up
• Lead intake conversations to define success profiles, compensation alignment, hiring velocity, and launch timelines
• Build recruiting workflows, sourcing strategies, and pipeline plans without existing market infrastructure
• Develop sustainable pipelines beyond inbound flow using outbound sourcing, referrals, local outreach, and community partnerships
• Identify early hiring risks in new markets and proactively recommend solutions
High-Velocity Execution
• Manage a high-volume requisition load with tight timelines and rapid candidate movement
• Prepare candidates for interviews and ensure a smooth, timely hiring process across all stages
• Maintain strong pipeline health and real-time visibility in Ashby (ATS)
• Drive consistent, proactive communication with candidates and hiring leaders
Brand & Market Presence
• Represent Renuity at hiring events, market activations, and local recruiting initiatives as needed
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while acting as a brand ambassador in new markets
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market conditions, and execution risks
What You’ll Bring
• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in:
• Field, high-volume, or multi-role environments
• New market launches, expansions, or fast-scaling teams
• Strong ability to operate independently, prioritize quickly, and make sound decisions with limited direction
• Proven experience managing multiple requisitions with competing deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills
• Comfort working through ambiguity and changing priorities
• Proficiency with ATS systems (Ashby preferred) and standard recruiting tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferred
