Hire Digital is seeking an experienced Field & Partner Marketing Specialist to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact B2B events across Singapore and Southeast Asia. This role sits within the regional marketing function and partners closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Growth teams to drive pipeline, customer engagement, and brand presence.
Requirements:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Field Marketing (Malaysia)
• Executed end-to-end B2B events, including industry events, roundtables, and networking sessions.
• Managed event logistics and operations, including vendors, agencies, budgets, and on-site delivery.
• Coordinated audience targeting, invite lists, and follow-ups with Sales and Partnerships.
• Delivered post-event reporting, including lead capture and performance insights.
Partner Marketing & Channel Support
• Co-developed and executed partner-led marketing campaigns (events, webinars, email, social).
• Built and maintained partner marketing toolkits (decks, one-pagers, templates, landing pages).
• Managed lead tracking, routing, and reporting for partner initiatives.
Content & Asset Production
• Coordinated production of local case studies, customer stories, and vertical content.
• Localised global messaging and assets for the Malaysia market.
• Maintained a structured repository of marketing assets for internal and partner use.
Campaign & Execution Support
• Supported execution of performance marketing campaigns, including QA of creatives and messaging.
• Coordinated landing pages, tracking (UTMs), and campaign reporting.
• Partnered with Growth and Analytics teams to optimise campaign performance.
Measurement & Reporting
• Tracked performance across events, campaigns, and partner programs.
• Reported on leads, opportunities, and pipeline influenced by marketing activities.
• Delivered regular insights on what worked, what didn’t, and optimisation opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in field marketing, partner marketing, or integrated campaigns.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B technology environments is preferred.
• Proven track record of executing events, campaigns, and partner initiatives that drive leads and pipeline.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, event platforms, and analytics tools.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Self-starter with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
