Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Operations Lead to lead installation operations, mentor technicians, support service excellence, and help scale our field division. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is committed in both technical execution and field team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support residential HVAC installation crews

Train and mentor technicians on best practices for installation and service

Oversee and assist with complex service calls, diagnostics, and troubleshooting

Ensure proper servicing and maintenance of heat pump systems

Support inventory management, material handling, and job site readiness

Maintain high standards of safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction

Assist leadership with operational improvements and scalability initiatives

Help develop a structured, accountable, high-performing field team

Required Experience & Attributes

Strong experience installing, servicing, and maintaining ducted & ductless heat pumps

Proven ability to troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration systems

Leadership mindset with a passion for coaching and training technicians

Strong organizational and operational skills

Required Certifications:

313D Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic License preferred

G2 Gas Technician License

ODP (Ozone Depletion Prevention Certification)

Valid driver’s license required
