JOB SUMMARY:
The Operations Support Administrator reports to the Chief Field Operations Officer and in collaboration with the Construction managers to support field coordination, scheduling, field time entry review for accuracy, and equipment resources allocation and in addition to other misc. administrative support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communication and collaboration with Construction Managers on schedule updates and resource tracking
Review and verify field time entries for approval
Maintain operational databases, spreadsheets and tracking systems
Assist in the preparation of weekly scheduling meeting reports and updates
Assist with the coordination of field sub-contractor and site security information and tracking
Support with misc. administrative tasks and support
Initiate and manage an efficient work routine in a fast paced environment
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1-3 years work experience in an administrative role.
Advanced computer skills, particularly use of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and seek clarification where required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Adept at problem solving, multitasking, and team collaboration.
Experience with Metrotech locating equipment would be considered an asset.
SmartSheet experience is considered an asset.
Fieldwire experience is considered an asset.
