About the Role

We're looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to own our on-the-ground marketing presence across the UK and EMEA. This is a hands-on, execution-first role — you'll be the person making things happen at events, not just planning them from a desk.

You'll manage our full UK & EMEA event calendar while keeping our wider marketing channels active and consistent. If you love the buzz of a live event as much as a well-crafted campaign, this one's for you.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of our EMEA event calendar — trade shows, industry conferences, roundtables, and hosted experiences

• Manage the end-to-end operational infrastructure of each event — from supplier relationships and venue coordination to on-site presence and execution

• Research and evaluate new event opportunities aligned to our audience and pipeline goals

• Build pre- and post-event campaigns to drive attendance, engagement, and lead capture

• Work closely with sales to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up

• Track event spend against budget and report on ROI

• Write and schedule content across email, LinkedIn, and other channels

• Produce supporting materials — landing pages, social posts, recap emails, one-pagers

• Keep the CRM and contact lists clean and up to date

• Support broader campaign execution and track performance

• Liaise with designers, print suppliers, and vendors to get assets over the line

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business or any other related fields from top schools

• 2–5 years of experience in a field marketing, events, or marketing role

• Background in tech, SaaS, AdTech, or a related B2B industry — you understand the landscape and the buyer

• Proven track record of delivering B2B events end-to-end in a EMEA and UK context

• Someone who takes ownership — if something needs doing, you do it without waiting to be asked

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines at once

• Good written communication — comfortable drafting copy, emails, and comms without hand holding

• Practical, calm, and adaptable when things don't go to plan

• Willing to travel to events across EMEA, including occasional early starts and late finishes

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or a similar CRM

• Familiarity with event platforms such as Eventbrite, Hopin, or Cvent

• Comfort with LinkedIn for B2B content and community building

• Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment
