We are in search of an energetic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager who can take charge of and enhance our presence at both online and offline events. This pivotal, '0 to 1' role is tailored for an entrepreneurial spirit eager to turn events into an effective pipeline-generating engine. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility and engagement, collaborating closely with Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and Founders. This is a thrilling opportunity to develop foundational playbooks and achieve measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving environment.


Requirements:
Responsibilities

• Craft and oversee the comprehensive field marketing strategy, brand calendar, and event budget for both online and offline activities.
• Identify, assess, and secure strategic field marketing opportunities in key US markets.
• Negotiate sponsorships, booth packages, and speaking opportunities with event organizers to maximize brand visibility.
• Design and execute innovative engagement strategies to enhance presence and impact at events.
• Manage all aspects of event logistics for diverse formats, including in-person conferences, webinars, and exclusive dinners.
• Develop detailed event playbooks, run-of-show documents, and founder briefings to ensure smooth execution.
• Act as a prominent brand ambassador and spokesperson, sharing the company’s products and narrative at industry events, demo days, and webinars.
• Partner with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to enhance pre-event attendance and improve post-event demo conversions.
• Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) concerning event ROI, encompassing pipeline generation, ICP meetings booked, and brand visibility.
• Build and maintain relationships within finance communities to identify and secure co-marketing opportunities.
• Manage relationships with key analyst firms (like Gartner and Forrester), overseeing inquiry processes and briefing cycles.
• Explore and manage opportunities for podcast participation, including hosting company podcasts and arranging for founders to appear on industry podcasts.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to create engaging event-specific content, including brochures, case studies, and presentation decks.
• Develop and implement social media strategies for promoting events, showcasing thought leadership, and enhancing founder branding, including content creation and post-event summaries.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in field and event marketing within a B2B SaaS organization (experience in fintech, RevOps, or finance software is highly preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a wide range of events, from small gatherings of 20 attendees to large conferences with over 100 participants, from start to finish in the US.
• A proven entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, early-stage environment.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough event planning and flawless execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven capability to pitch, present, and confidently showcase the brand to varied audiences.
• Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically within the US as necessary for events.
• Experience in an early-stage startup setting (preferred).
• A developed network within fintech or broader finance sectors (preferred).
• Experience presenting product demonstrations or speaking at industry conferences (preferred).
