Field Investigation Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 Investigation Planning: Planning and executing investigations into instances of IP infringement, including counterfeiting, piracy, trademark violations, and unauthorized use of proprietary information.

 Building network: Expand and strengthen our investigation network to ensure effective market coverage and reliable intelligence gathering. Our network consists of experienced investigators, industry contacts, and trusted partners strategically positioned across key markets.

 Evidence Gathering: Overseeing the collection and analysis of evidence to support IP infringement claims, including conducting market surveys, forensic analysis, and digital investigations .Managing all operational cases to ensure that we are delivering effective performance on raids

 Training and Awareness: Providing training and awareness programs to internal teams, business partners, and external stakeholders on the importance of IP protection and best practices for safeguarding intellectual property rights.

 Deciding the investigative methods, for big targets, creating the investigation plan/log And Identifying future improvements on Investigations.

Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:

 Computer and good communication skills

 Experience in investigations, law enforcement, compliance, or brand protection is an advantage.

 Living in KSA and complete knowledge of all area in of kingdom.
