Field Inspector

Summary:

 Construction field Inspectors are responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities on assigned construction projects to ensure work is completed according to company standards and project requirements. This role involves conducting site inspections, documenting field conditions, reporting daily progress, and maintaining open communication with the project management team.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of experience in construction, inspection, or related field

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable using basic technology (email, photos, mobile apps, digital forms)

Organized, dependable, and able to work independently

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

Visit job sites daily to check progress and quality of work

Take photos and keep clear notes of field conditions

Report daily progress, delays, or issues to the project team

Make sure work matches
plans, specifications, and company standards

Work closely with the project team and share updates

Help solve problems that come up on-site

Keep inspection records organized and up to date

Attend project meetings to provide updates from the field

Physical Requirements:

Able to walk and stand for long periods on job sites

Comfortable working outdoors in different conditions

Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
