Field Facilitator - Central Java

• Conduct initial quality checks and manage transactions with suppliers.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and adherence to production schedules. Promptly report deviations and collaborate with production teams to resolve issues.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of sustainability initiatives and projects in alignment with environmental and social responsibility standards.
• Collect and analyze data related to procurement, production, and sustainability metrics.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to the Regional Coordinator.
• Perform other duties as required by management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science, Biology, Agronomy, Environmental Science, Forestry, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Prior experience in procurement, production, or sustainability roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with the coffee industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with certification standards such as Café Practices, Rainforest Alliance, 4C, Fairtrade, and similar programs.
• Knowledge of coffee production is an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and apply a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Willingness to relocate and travel extensively within Central Java (Temanggung) as soon as possible.
