We are seeking a reliable and proactive Field Executive to handle on-ground payment collections and client follow-ups. This role involves regular field visits to ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments while maintaining strong professional relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination and accurate tracking of collections. This position is best suited for someone who is disciplined, organized, and comfortable working in a field-based role with a strong sense of accountability and communication.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular field visits to clients for payment collection and follow-ups
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues in line with company policies
• Maintain accurate records of collections, receipts, and client interactions
• Build and sustain strong relationships with customers to facilitate smooth collections
• Coordinate with internal teams such as sales and accounts for payment tracking and updates
• Handle basic documentation related to collections and reporting
• Provide daily and weekly updates on collection status to management
• Address client queries related to payments in a professional manner
What Makes You a Great Fit
• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• Valid UAE driving license is required
• Prior experience in field roles, collections, or customer-facing positions preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork
• Basic understanding of payment processes and documentation
• Familiarity with local routes and locations is preferred
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
