Your mission:
You will build operational relationships with units of the German Army.
Your objective is to ensure that our drone and counter-drone capabilities are understood, tested and trusted by frontline users.
You will operate directly with brigades, battalions and specialised units : translating tactical needs into actionable product feedback and helping shape real deployments.
Missions :
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with:• Battalions, brigades and divisions of the German Army
• Reconnaissance, artillery, mechanised infantry and specialised units
• Relevant innovation and experimentation structures
• Represent thecompany during:• system demonstrations
• field trials
• exercises and unit visits
• Understand tactical workflows and operational constraints
• Identify opportunities for:• field testing
• pilot projects
• innovation funding and rapid procurement paths
• Collect structured feedback from soldiers and commanders
• Translate operational insights into clear product requirements
• Support positioning of the system within realistic military use cases
Your profile:
• Former officer in the German Army (ideally Captain / Major level)
• Operational or leadership experience within combat or combat support units
• Strong understanding of land warfare concepts and unit structures
• High credibility and natural authority in military environments
• Hands-on, pragmatic and mission-focused mindset
• Willingness to travel and spend significant time in the field
• Fluent German and strong English skills
• Ideally located in Munich
