Responsible for traveling to different locations of the business to ensure the locations are 
following the laws, regulations, and internal company policies by conducting on-site audits, 
reviewing documentation, and identifying areas of non-compliance.
Responsibilities:
Functions include but are not limited to the following. Must be able to move freely between tasks depending on workload, season, etc.
• Conduct On-site audits
• Review documentation at various company locations
• Interview employees to measure compliance
• Observe operational practices to evaluate compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Assist TWC with all field operation audits
• Document Audit of Farm Labor Contractor Timesheets (may include scanning)
• Identify Non-Compliance and report where company policies are not meeting standards
• Board Postings: Posts all required labor law notices to boards in various locations
• And such other work as may be required to be completed within the department

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED; with 1-3 years’ experience in compliance auditing, regulatory inspections, or related compliance functions
SPECIFIC KNOWELDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS:
• Safety Chain: Utilize the program for audit purposes to document the findings
• Attention to detail: Meticulous review documentation to accurately identify compliance issues
• Communication Skills: Effectively communicate to supervisor/manager for any needed attention to compliance issues
• Basic Skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
• Knowledge of Relevant Regulations: Understanding of applicable law and industry standards related to company operations.
• Public speaking for training
• Able to conduct group training
• Valid California Driver’s license
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
• Willingness to travel
• Conducting field observations and performing site visits
Pay Range: $20.00-$21.00. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
