As part of our ongoing growth, we're strengthening our Collections Team to boost recovery rates and reduce delinquency. We're looking for a hardworking, reliable, and hands-on Field & Collections Officer to join us.
The Field & Collections Officer is responsible for managing accounts with overdue balances through a combination of field activities and desktop investigations. The role involves meeting customers in person, negotiating settlements, locating hard-to-find debtors, serving legal documents (Demand Letter), and conducting outbound calls.
You will handle written-off leads or 180+ DPD accounts that are tagged as uncontactable for a significant period and require deeper probing or skip-tracing efforts.
Responsibilities
• Field Collections Activities: Conduct field visits to customers with overdue or written-off accounts (180+ DPD).
• Customer Location & Investigation: Locate delinquent customers through fieldwork, skip tracing tools, databases, and social media research.
• Negotiation & Payment Arrangements: Negotiate and secure payment commitments both on-site and via phone.
• Legal Support & Documentation: Serve demand letters or legal notices and coordinate with Legal for escalations and case preparation.
• Reporting & Coordination: Accurately document field activities and submit timely reports to the Collections team.
Requirements:
• Motorcycle Requirement: Must own and operate a motorcycle with a valid driver’s license and be familiar with routes within Greater Metro Manila (Bulacan, Cavite, etc.).
• Collections Experience: Proven experience in collections or related fieldwork.
• Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Independent & Target-Driven: Able to work independently and consistently meet performance targets.
• Basic Technical Proficiency: Computer literate, with ability to conduct online research and complete reports.
