Job Description

• Create in-store training plan for all categories
• Conduct training for new product and existing products
• Conduct training to support product launch / refreshment / newcomer
• Supporting trainers in classroom training execution
• Implement in store training & Coaching
• Monitoring & evaluating training effectiveness
• Coordination with Brand & Sales team for NPD & BA development
• Manage training schedule for Experts
• Act as an ambassador & Representative for the brand (Product demo, live streaming, etc)
• Manage Roleplay for the BA Team

Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years’ solid experience in planning and conducting training programs both in classroom and field coaching, preferably within retail, luxury or service industry
• Strong ability to story tell brand, brand values and products in a compelling manner to increase brand love
• Having experiences in beauty industry, handling Fragrances, Skin Care, and Make Up category will be preferable
• People oriented, highly self-motivated and creative mind
• Strong commercial acumen combined with a drive for result
• Good command of both written, spoken English
• Team player that display tact and good initiative with a pleasant disposition
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in training and field coaching
• High level of competence in presentation and communication
