Job Description

This FAE opportunity is with a great company, with great people looking for outstanding candidates with Embedded Object-Oriented programming experience to join their team of professionals!

Primary Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales/Post-Sales Support
• Demonstrate product integrations on various platforms
• On-site Support
• Troubleshooting
• Develop and implemented solutions for customers
• Case tracking management
• Provide technical support documentation
• Confer with Engineering and Research & Development on case escalations

Requirements

• C/C++, Java, ARM
• OO design
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Quickly learn & understand code written by others
• Multitask, prioritize & follow through
• Work with limited supervision
• Travel

Preferred Experience

• Embedded RTOS
• Experience with Embedded development tools
• Experience developing & debugging Embedded software
• Firmware development
• DM
• OMA
• Wireless client/server architecture
• Automotive industry

Education

• BS (or MS) Computer Science related degree
