What you will do as a Field Agent
Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance needs
Explain coverage options and recommend appropriate policies
Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community outreach
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Assist clients with applications and underwriting requirements
Deliver policies and provide ongoing support and follow-up
Maintain accurate client records and communication
Work independently and manage your own schedule and workload
