Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Fiat Operation Intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the daily operations of our Fiat and P2P markets. You will handle critical operational tasks like merchant auditing while also contributing to user growth strategies through market analysis and communication planning.

Key Responsibilities

User Engagement & Recall Strategy: Assist in mapping out user touchpoints and drafting recall/activation plans based on business goals, operational campaigns, and new feature launches.

P2P Merchant Audits: Perform daily reviews and audits of P2P merchants to ensure strict compliance and a high-quality onboarding experience.

Operational Support: Collaborate with the team to identify user pain points in the payment process and ensure smooth daily operations.

Market Monitoring: Assist in monitoring market trends and competitor activities to support the team in decision-making.

Requirements

Background: 3rd/4th-year Undergraduate or Master's student in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Business, or related fields.

Availability: Able to work at least 4-5 days a week for a minimum of 3-6 months.

Language: Proficient in English and Mandarin (fluency in other languages is a plus).

Skills: Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and attention to detail.

Attitude: Proactive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for the Crypto/Blockchain industry.

Prior internship experience in Product Operations or User Operations; familiarity with user lifecycles or product iteration processes is a strong plus.
