Our responses to festival crew applications have been ending up in people’s spam folders, so please check there after you apply!

What’s a festival without the festival crew? What’s Stoke Travel without our beloved Stokies? We are aways looking for Legends of the Fest to help us make our experiences amazing, and unforgettable and as outrageous as possible.

In the past our festival crew have included acrobats and electricians, dancers, accountants, hospitality workers, carpenters, bar staff, receptionists, tour guides, soldiers on leave, TV personalities – people from every and all walks of life. If you’ve got a passion for travelling, people and/or partying, then we’re probably going to get along perfectly.

Here’s where you can work with us in 2026:
Springfest (Munich): April 7th – May 4th
Spanish Festivals (San Vino + San Fermin, Pamplona): June 16th – July 19th
and the big mama, Oktoberfest (Munich): September 1st – Oct 20th

If you’re accepted as a Stoke Travel volunteer you’ll get all your accommodation, food and beer and sangria for free at our destinations
Can’t make it? Get a foot in the door anyway as a Stoke Ambassador, just incase. You’ll get exclusive deals and opportunities to spice up your travel!

We also have volunteer opportunities available at our San Sebastian Surf House March through to October, and in our home base of Barcelona we have opportunities on our Barcelona Boat Parties and ¿Wine Not? Wine Parties April through October.
