Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays and required overtime.
Job Duties
Prepare for daily work by loading equipment, products, and fuel.
Deliver high-quality fertilizer and chemical applications across a designated route of residential and commercial properties
Accurately complete required documentation and time tracking.
Identify equipment issues, maintenance needs, or job site concerns.
Maintain company equipment, trailers, and vehicles in safe and clean working condition.
Perform basic mechanical tasks and troubleshoot minor equipment problems.
Regularly lift up to 50 lbs., sprayers, and similar equipment for extended periods.
Requires working outdoors in all weather conditions, exposure to chemicals and fertilizers, and operation of loud machinery.
Frequent physical activity including bending, lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
Ability to safely operate a truck with a trailer, including gooseneck configurations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional, positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
Capability to assess lawn conditions and report opportunities for additional service.
Valid Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (MDARD) in Categories 3A, 3B, 6, and 7F (Preferred)
Strong turfgrass knowledge and the ability to identify weeds, pests, and diseases.
Proficiency with equipment calibration and proper product application.
Valid driver’s license
