Fertility / Reproductive Nurse – Japan & Oceania | Japanese Fluency Required

Location: Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, or Japan (Remote/Telehealth)Language: Fluent Japanese & English required

Maven is seeking a Fertility/Reproductive Nurse fluent in Japanese to join our provider network. You will support existing and new members across Japan, Australia, and Oceania, delivering high-value, holistic reproductive care. As part of our network, you’ll collaborate with 350+ subspecialties and have the opportunity to scale access to reproductive health globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide education, guidance, and support to individuals, couples, and families seeking fertility and reproductive health care.

• Educate members on fertility assessments, treatment options, and the overall fertility journey.

• Explain common causes of infertility (e.g., PCOS, endometriosis, anovulation, male factor infertility).

• Advise members on questions to ask in-person providers, bridging language or cultural gaps.

• Support members navigating between clinics, offering guidance on selecting the right facility.

Requirements

• Certified/licensed as a Midwife or Fertility Nurse in Australia, Singapore, or Japan.

• Minimum 3 years of experience providing patient care in reproductive health, fertility clinics, or hospitals.

• Fluent in Japanese and English (required).

• Cultural awareness and sensitivity in reproductive healthcare.

• Flexible, collaborative working style.

• Experience or interest in digital health, telehealth, or healthcare innovation.

• Knowledge of reproductive and maternal care systems across countries.
