• Engage with and get to know local cafes and small businesses that carry our products, with the goal of identifying potential demo or activation opportunities

Qualifications

• Reliable, self-directed, and customer-focused

• Passion for coffee and comfort with brewing equipment (barista or demo experience is a plus)

• Professional, personable, and confident when engaging with customers and retail sales associates

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Weekend availability required; must be comfortable working solo in a store environment

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Daily access to a personal computer and internet

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in coffee roasting, coffee gear or kitchen ware sales, or barista roles

• Enthusiasm for coffee and brewing gear, with a strong desire to share that passion

• Ability to learn quickly and work independently

Compensation & Schedule

• Flexible schedule required based on business needs. FES team members are expected to work approximately 18–20 hours per week within Key Account locations in their assigned city. Availability should include one to two weekdays, with a strong emphasis on Friday through Sunday, which represent the highest foot-traffic and sales periods within big-box retail environments.

• As the FES program continues to evolve to meet business needs, adaptability and schedule flexibility are essential.

• Flexibility to work additional days to support demos or activations with local roasters or cafes

• Paid training provided:

• Candidates must be local to the designated city
