Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and talented Feed Additives Scientific Sales Representative Poultry Line to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing animal health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, market share, and revenue objectives for the poultry feed additives portfolio.
• Build and enhance relationships with existing and potential customers, including distributors.
• Conduct the field visits to maintain strong engagement with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure a successful launch of the new feed additives products within the specified timeline.
• Conduct market research and surveys with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key account managers to ensure high product satisfaction rates.
• Optimize daily sales route planning by integrating Matrix and CRM tools, reducing travel time and increasing customer visits.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine.
• 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Animal Health or Poultry Industry.
• Strong knowledge of poultry health, veterinary products, and disease management.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Matrix) for sales tracking and customer management.
