Note: This role requires regular onsite presence when managing employees whose responsibilities necessitate onsite work.

Managers of onsite essential roles are expected to be onsite to support operational needs.

• Manages a team of strategic/development industrial engineers who advise leadership on the longrange plan design and execution in the areas of roadmap strategy, capacity, capital, space, and supporting processes and systems.

• Works routinely with senior executives to set the roadmap for capital, capacity, and space of the organization and collaborates with key partners to develop detailed execution plans and/or systems to enable the organization's vision.

• Supports leadership team to determine, articulate, and execute the vision, strategies, and tactics to develop a world class organization.

• Owns communication of the holistic direction to manufacturing organizations including capital, capacity, layout, and or product roadmaps.

• Advises leadership within the organization by collecting and analyzing complex business data, reviewing trends and shifts in markets, and developing models and reports based on the analysis.

• Forecasts build plans for products and develops business strategies to meet business and customer requirements in collaboration with cross organizational supply chain stakeholders.

• Supports cross functional collaboration with key partners to get alignment on product build plans and strategic decisions.

• Monitors performance and analyzes roadmaps to ensure alignment and compliance with Intel's overall strategy and supports detailed analysis prior to formal customer commitment.

• Leads collaboration with key internal stakeholders to drive strategic processes and define long range capacity strategy with consideration of product roadmaps, architecture, demand, parameters, factory capability, affordability, space, and forecast uncertainty.

• Identifies risks and opportunities for the strategic roadmap, collaborating with partners to quantify impact, develop solutions, and drive ratification of recommendations through leadership.

• Provides guidance and support in establishing critical systems and business process improvements to ensure planning processes and tools are aligned with the evolution of manufacturing strategies.

• Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results.

• Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and internship experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or similar field.

• 8+ years of experience in Fab/Planning/Supply chain, Industrial Engineering, or Finance OR

• 4+ years of experience as a people manager, leading and setting priorities for engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in factory capacity planning and management, particularly in the area of long range and strategic planning or in the area of TD capacity.

• Experience leading teams and demonstrated the ability to inspire and grow team members in a dynamic and fast-paced fab environment.

• Knowledge of key aspects of semiconductor equipment, operations, and cost.

• Knowledge of development, implementation, and use of information decision support systems.
