• Support physical security services and asset protection activities to ensure effective daily operations and issue resolution.
• Implement and maintain access management, key management, and security patrol processes to ensure controlled access and site security in line with approved procedures.
• Operate and supervise daily security guard activities, including access control, rostering coordination, incident handling, and routine reporting, to maintain consistent security coverage.
• Operate and monitor security systems and tools, including CCTV, access control, intruder alarm, and related facilities management systems, to ensure system availability and proper usage.
• Maintain and control company security-related assets, CCTV, and access control systems in accordance with defined guidelines and procedures.
• Coordinate with stakeholders such as internal departments, service providers, and Facilities teams to support service quality improvement and effective security operations.
• Support compliance activities by updating and applying Bosch and other PRS requirements and preparing documentation for ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and other relevant audits.
• Provide first-response support for security-related emergencies and urgent situations on a 24-hour basis, following established processes and escalation procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality frameworks applicable to the role and assigned projects.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Managers.

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in security management (e.g., ASIS PSP) are advantageous.
• Experience in corporate security, asset management, or facilities administration, preferably within a multinational organization.
