Team Function:

• Advanced analytics for distribution - including business analysis from statistical analysis to advanced Machine Learning modeling to describe and predict business outcomes to enable business to make data-informed decisions.

Role Description:

• This position provides critical decision support across the enterprise by gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data to address business challenges.
• The role applies advanced or innovative mathematical, statistical, and quantitative techniques to draw conclusions and deliver actionable recommendations that drive efficiency, growth, and profitability.
• It interprets large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends then communicates findings to business partners and leadership to support informed decision-making.
• The role mentors, trains, and coaches less experienced team members and supervises direct reports who are individual contributors or people leaders with small span of control.
• The position performs work independently while receiving guidance and coaching in only the most complex situations.
