About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the Investment COE team, supporting accounting and reporting activities across multiple investment asset types. This role focuses on financial reporting, reconciliations, investment expense management, and regulatory support while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
You will contribute to the accuracy and integrity of financial records while supporting IFRS, Statutory, and GAAP reporting requirements.
What You’ll Do
• Prepare journal entries and monthly reconciliations for alternative and real estate assets.
• Support quarterly IFRS and STAT reporting for assigned companies.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and accounting records.
• Manage bank and general ledger reconciliations, including adjustments and documentation.
• Review invoices and process investment-related expenses.
• Support state compliance testing and regulatory reporting activities.
• Collaborate with property management companies, asset managers, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain general and subsidiary ledgers for assigned companies.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting and financial analysis requests.
Requirements:
• Experience supporting accounting, financial reporting, or investment operations activities.
• Familiarity with financial statements, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting.
• Communication and collaboration skills.
• Financial analysis and critical thinking capabilities.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Technical understanding of financial statements and accounting records.
• SAP and Excel – Entry level (1–3 years).
