Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: On-site (Mexico) | Av. Paseo de la Reforma 284, JuĂĄrez, CuauhtĂŠmoc
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Shift: 9:00 AM â 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
đź What Youâll Do
As a key member of our Customer Service team, youâll:
⢠Respond to inquiries related to insurance policies and coverage
⢠Resolve moderately complex issues with empathy and professionalism
⢠Interpret policy details and make informed decisions within defined authority limits
⢠Communicate across multiple platforms while navigating internal systems
⢠Document interactions and escalate unresolved cases when needed
⢠Collaborate with departments like Claims, Underwriting, and Policy Support
⢠Identify trends and suggest process improvements
⢠Stay up to date on compliance, legal requirements, and product updates
Requirements:
đŻ What Weâre Looking For
⢠High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
⢠Fluent English
⢠1â3 years of customer service experience
⢠Call Center experience highly desirable
⢠Strong computer skills and ability to work across systems
⢠Availability to work on-site, Monday to Friday only
