Job Description
The Template Admin supports the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of SmartComm templates used for policy documents, endorsements, forms, and customer communications. This role works closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into accurate templates, and ensure high‑quality output across all communication channels. The Template Admin participates in Agile ceremonies, collaborates with cross‑functional teams, and helps maintain strong governance and consistency across document templates.
Build, update, and maintain SmartComm templates for policies, endorsements, and customer communications. Work directly with business stakeholders (LOB contacts) to gather requirements and clarify rules. Analyze existing templates and documentation to identify improvements or gaps. Support testing and validation of template output; troubleshoot and resolve defects. Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, QA, and technical teams within an Agile Scrum environment. Maintain documentation for template logic, formatting rules, and version history. Ensure compliance with branding, regulatory, and security standards. Assist with production support and coordinate fixes or enhancements.
