FBS - Accounting Analyst I

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting professional to join our team and play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. In this position, you will support critical accounting processes including reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities, helping ensure that financial records are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

What You’ll Do

• Perform general ledger account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies when accounts are out of balance
• Prepare and process accounting entries such as journal entries, accruals, and other transactions related to the month-end close
• Support the preparation and analysis of financial statements and accounting reports
• Validate key financial activities including payroll, pension journals, and cash advance or pooling transactions
• Assist with financial reviews and provide documentation to support external auditors
• Help identify data quality issues and validate accounting impacts related to system changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to projects focused on improving and automating accounting processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• 1–3 years of professional experience in accounting or a related financial role
• CPA certification is a plus
• Fluent English required
• Intermediate knowledge of financial reconciliations and financial reporting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate issues and recommend solutions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Working knowledge of Excel and SAP
