ExecuJet Middle East is currently seeking an experienced Ramp Agent to fill a vacancy within our Fixed Based Operation (FBO).
Description
As Ramp agent you will be responsible for tasks such as performing aircraft towing and push- backs. Loading and unloading freight, delivering luggage to passengers, and servicing the aircraft as needed.
Qualification
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Experience
-Minimum of 2 years experience.
-Strong customer service skills required.
-High school diploma or equivalent required.
-Posses a valid UAE driving license.
-Ability to work under time constraint.
-Ability to carefully follow policy and procedures.
Background
Aviation background & Experience is essential
Languages
Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional languages would be advantageous.

Responsibilities
Perform all ramp duties as directed by the Ramp Supervisor.
Perform aircraft towing, push-backs and servicing.
Load/off-load and transport passenger and crew luggage.
Accident and incident reporting.
Liaise with Senior CSA to determine details and flight requirements.
Serviceability reporting and recording of ramp equipment.
Ensuring efficient, effective and hygienic methods of sanitary removal and sanitary services.
Check, at the commencement of the shift, that all ground equipment used in the movement of aircraft is available and serviceable.
Ensure aircraft are positioned on time and safely for departures and arrivals.
Monitor all tasks and assignments according to schedule and procedures daily.
Assist Senior Ramp Agent where needed with setup and arrangements.
Ensure that aircraft movements and details are reported effectively.
Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which you are involved.
