Position Overview
A healthcare organization is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient clinic in Valparaiso, Indiana. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care while also participating in the education and mentorship of Family Medicine residents.

Requirements:
Qualifications
• MD or DO degree
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
