Full-Time | Outpatient-Focused
Position Summary
A well-established medical practice is seeking a full-time Primary Care / Family Medicine Physicians to join a collaborative care team in a community-based outpatient setting. This opportunity is ideal for a physician who enjoys providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages and values continuity of care within a supportive practice environment.

Responsibilities
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients using appropriate medical judgment and evidence-based practices
• Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan
• Coordinate patient care, including referrals, follow-up, and care transitions
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and cost-effective care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that meets regulatory and payer requirements
• Participate in inpatient and outpatient consultation and call coverage as needed
• Engage in academic, educational, or research activities as requested
Requirements:
Certifications & Licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Primary Care specialty
• Active state medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
Required Education
• Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program
